We use Real time rates derived from multiple couriers. These are displayed at check out.
Delivery Notes
- Product Deliveries are door to door.
- Dream catchers are delivered via SkyNet, PostNet or Aramex.
- Deliveries are dispatched on weekdays but NOT daily. Tracking emails/SMS are sent at each step.
- For time sensitive deliveries please specify required delivery date to ensure that the deadline is made. If unsure please enquire FIRST before ordering.
- Tracking emails/SMS are sent at each step.
- Weekend or overnight deliveries are NOT standard, have a higher fee and must be requested.
Estimated Delivery Times
- These are courier dependant. Please call them for exact times.
- Local JHB / PTA Areas usually delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- Main Centres usually 2-3 working days after dispatch. Durban deliveries usually 1 working day after dispatch.
- Regional areas usually 4-5 working days after dispatch.
